We often talk about mindfulness but besides being present in the moment we often do not know what it really means.

Mindfulness is awareness. We practice mindfulness by focusing on an object or by sustaining attention to a feeling to get insights. It also opens our awareness to our surroundings instead of letting our mind get ahead of us.

The practice of mindfulness leads to acceptance and compassion. It is the doorway of knowing oneself and to sustain recollection. In the present challenging times, practicing mindfulness will help us get out of our daily stress and refocus in order to access compassion.

Pay attention to the moment to moment sensory of what you do and what you experience. With mindfulness you can take action to release the tension in your body, then ask your Higher-self to send you love, so you can build up inner nurturing as a resource.
